Lutheran Development Group came alongside Holy Cross Lutheran and helped the church turn its old school building into a new home for Eagle College Prep, a high-performing charter school with several other St. Louis locations. The previously underused building reopened in Fall 2017 and now provides an additional educational resource to families in Holy Cross's Gravois Park neighborhood.
