Collaborate
LDG is interested in collaborating with researchers to better understand the impact of our community development work and the changes occurring in Dutchtown and St. Louis. AHAP Tax Credits for Business Owners

Missouri Business Owners: leverage your donation with AHAP tax credits! LDG utilizes Affordable Housing Assistance Program (AHAP) tax credits to make donations go farther.
The AHAP housing production tax credit incentivizes Missouri businesses and individuals to support affordable housing production. This state tax credit is earned by an eligible donor for the donation of cash, equity, services, or real or personal property to a non-profit community-based organization for the purpose of providing affordable housing assistance activities or market-rate housing in distressed communities.
Am I an eligible donor?
To be eligible, donors must be subject to Missouri tax from business activities performed in the state of Missouri. Donors can be corporations, sole proprietorships, farm operations, individuals reporting income from rental property or royalties, small business corporations, partnerships, banks, credit institutions, savings and loan associations, credit unions, farmer’s cooperative credit associations, building and loan associations, individual partners in a partnership or shareholders in an S-Corporation, and public or private foundations subject to Missouri tax.
Fill out our form here, and we will help you confirm your eligibility and acquire your tax credits.
